Is delivery free of Charge?
Delivery Charges for Ireland including Northern Ireland
Free delivery is applied to checkout totals over €400.00
Checkout totals with a price range between €399.99 and €200.00, €20.00 delivery charge will apply
Checkout totals with a price range below €200.00, €10.00 delivery charge will apply
Delivery Charges for Unitef Kingdom
€90.00 delivery charge is applied to checkout totals over €400.00
Checkout totals with a price range between €399.99 and €200.00, €115.00 delivery charge will apply
Checkout totals with a price range below €200.00 , €30.00 delivery charge will apply
When will I receive my delivery?
When you have complete your order and payment has been made, We will make contact with you via email or telephone that same working day to arrange delivery (orders placed after 5.30pm will contacted the next standard working day)
The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship that same and some may take up to 5 days.
If the item is out of stock we inform you of a estimated delivery time.
Delivery for parcels under 25kg will be made by van an driver, large parcels and grates will be made by truck. For large grates the address must have a flat surface (ie. Concrete of Asphalt) Please note the courier will not please goods inside your home.
How many attempts will be made?
One attempt is made at delivering your goods, if the delivery of your goods was unsuccessful the goods will return to the couriers distribution center, In which time, we will have a short window to contact you to arrange next day delivery, this may incur extra delivery charges, If next day delivery is not possible the goods will return to our warehouse and a refund less delivery charges may be made, or a new delivery date plus delivery charge can be arranged.
What am I responsible for upon delivery?
Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us on 074 9124144.
Do not sign for damaged or missing goods as we cannot be held responsible after goods have be signed for, any damages reported after signatures have made may not be replaced free of charge.
What additional fees may apply?
There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met.
[For example, if you need to change the delivery address and your order has already been shipped, etc.]
Payment and Returns
How can I make payment?
On check out you will be redirected to Paypal, Here you can choose to pay through your Paypal account or with you Credit/Debit card.
You do not require a Paypal account to make a purchase.
You're free to change your mind. Return unused items in their original packaging within 90 days, together with your receipt, for a full refund.* this policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Spratt Fireplaces reserves the right to refuse a refund and offer an exchange or gift card only, if the return criteria are not met.
Refunds will be to the same method of payment as your original payment less the original delivery charges (please note this applies to to free shipping offers or coupon codes) we pay on first delivery.
Refunds will not be made until the goods have been returned and checked in our warehouse
Return delivery costs are the customers responsibility, if you would like Spratt Fireplaces to arrange the return delivery, cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund amount.
Our 90-day returns policy does not apply too:
Custom Fireplaces , Granite Hearth and Worktops, Or any custom made order.
Or some Special Offer products and showroom displays (this will be stated on the item page)
